Compliance treatment may differ by issuance, jurisdiction, issuer, user status and legal documentation.

Assetiko designs digital asset publication around documented eligibility, transfer restrictions, risk disclosure and clear issuer information. Compliance controls may be applied before access, participation, transfer or communication.
Assetiko, issuers or service providers may request identity information, entity documents, beneficial ownership details, source of funds information, source of wealth information, wallet details and supporting records.
Assetiko does not intend to provide access, participation or support to sanctioned persons, sanctioned entities or prohibited jurisdictions. Assetiko may reject, suspend, restrict or report activity where sanctions concerns arise.
Wallet addresses, transaction history and blockchain activity may be reviewed using internal or third-party tools. Wallet screening does not guarantee that all risks are detected.
Transfers may be restricted by law, issuer policy, contractual terms, eligibility checks, sanctions controls, wallet screening, holding periods or technical controls. A technically possible blockchain transfer may still be legally prohibited.
Assetiko may retain compliance records for legal, regulatory, audit, dispute, security and operational purposes. Retention periods may vary by jurisdiction and issuance.
Assetiko may report suspicious activity, prohibited conduct, sanctions concerns or legally required information to authorities, issuers, service providers or advisers where required or appropriate.
Compliance processes reduce certain risks but do not eliminate legal, regulatory, financial, operational or technology risk. Users remain responsible for their own legal and regulatory obligations.
