The legal characteristics of each digital asset are determined exclusively by the documentation published for that specific digital asset.

References to an underlying company do not automatically mean that the company has approved Assetiko, the digital asset, the documentation, the SPV, the issuer or any related structure. Users must review the specific documentation for each digital asset to determine the nature of any relationship between the issuer, the SPV and the underlying company.

Digital assets involve significant risk. Private company exposure involves significant uncertainty. Blockchain infrastructure involves technology risk. Legal structures may be complex. Liquidity may be limited or nonexistent. Regulatory treatment may change. Users may lose some or all of the value associated with a digital asset.
