The PHLX Semiconductor Sector Index Reference Methodology is designed to represent US-listed semiconductor-sector equity exposure. Semiconductor trackers can involve cycle risk, issuer concentration, technology risk, valuation sensitivity, volatility, FX effects and liquidity risk.

The applicable price-return reference methodology and product terms determine how SOX reference-level changes are reflected in the tracker calculation.
