Identification
Each asset receives a defined name, identifier and record page so the issuance can be referenced clearly.
Framework
Assetiko publishes structured digital assets together with issuer information, SPV details, legal notices, risk disclosures and supporting records. The digital asset is the public record of a defined structure, not a substitute for the legal documentation that governs it.
Each digital asset is governed by its own documentation. Rights, restrictions, eligibility, transfer treatment and commercial arrangements may differ between issuances.
Definition
An Assetiko digital asset is a structured digital record linked to a specific private-market opportunity and its supporting legal structure. It is designed to organize information around the issuer, the dedicated vehicle, the underlying opportunity and the documents that describe the issuance.
The digital asset does not, by itself, define every legal right. The governing documents, issuer notices and risk materials published for the relevant issuance control the substance of the arrangement.
The framework gives every issuance a consistent public structure while preserving the specific legal terms of each asset.
Each asset receives a defined name, identifier and record page so the issuance can be referenced clearly.
The asset is associated with its issuer, dedicated SPV and documented relationship to the underlying opportunity.
Issuer information, legal notices, risk disclosures and supporting materials are organized around the asset.
Updates, notices and corporate actions can be reflected throughout the life of the issuance.
The asset page is intended to become the primary public reference point for the relevant structure.
Administrative rules may define minting, burn, transfer, freeze, amendment or replacement procedures where applicable.
Material risks are presented with the issuance rather than separated from the asset record.
Published information is organized so readers can distinguish the asset, the issuer and the legal documents.
Relationship to SPVs
Assetiko's digital assets are generally connected to dedicated SPVs. The SPV is the legal entity associated with the relevant issuance; the digital asset is the structured record published against that entity and opportunity.
The digital asset should be read with the SPV documents, issuer information and risk disclosures. It should not be read in isolation.
Every listed asset is intended to present a complete record set in a consistent format.
The private technology company or opportunity associated with the issuance.
A plain-language summary of the asset, structure and available information.
The entity responsible for the relevant issuance materials and notices.
The dedicated vehicle associated with the structure, where applicable.
Token name, identifier, ledger information and administrative parameters.
Legal notices, risk disclosure, issuer materials and supporting agreements where available.
Relevant dates, publication events, notices and lifecycle milestones.
Risk information specific to the asset, structure, underlying opportunity and technology infrastructure.
The technical record is presented as infrastructure information, not as a marketing feature.
The name used by Assetiko to identify the listed digital asset.
A ticker, code or other identifier used for reference within Assetiko materials.
The ledger infrastructure used to issue or record the asset.
The relevant technical issuing address or account, where published.
Maximum, issued, reserved, burned or otherwise disclosed supply information, where applicable.
Controls such as authorization, freeze, clawback, burn or other settings, where relevant and disclosed.
Access or holding restrictions that may apply to a particular asset or jurisdiction.
Published, suspended, restricted, redeemed, retired or other lifecycle status.
Links to issuer documents, notices, risk materials and technical records.
The lifecycle describes how a record moves from structure to publication and ongoing administration.
The underlying opportunity is reviewed under Assetiko's investment framework.
The legal and operational structure is defined for the specific issuance.
A dedicated vehicle may be established or assigned where appropriate.
Issuer information, risk materials, legal notices and supporting records are organized.
Asset name, identifier, ledger details and administrative parameters are prepared.
The digital asset record and supporting information are published through Assetiko.
Notices, updates, status changes and corporate actions may be reflected over time.
Ledger Infrastructure
Assetiko digital assets are planned for issuance on established ledger infrastructure, including the XRP Ledger where appropriate. The ledger provides technical rails for issuance and record keeping.
The focus remains the underlying exposure, the dedicated legal structure, the issuer documents and the risk information. Ledger information is part of the record, not the investment thesis.
Assetiko organizes documentation so the asset can be evaluated through its supporting record set.
Access and Eligibility
A published digital asset may be subject to eligibility rules, jurisdictional restrictions, transfer controls, onboarding requirements or other conditions. These matters are disclosed in the documentation for the relevant asset.
Assetiko does not present digital assets as unrestricted public instruments. The asset page should be read together with eligibility information and legal notices.
Corporate Actions
Corporate actions may include amendments, restructurings, redemptions, restrictions, notices, issuer updates, asset retirement, supply adjustments or other lifecycle events. The treatment of any event depends on the governing documents for the relevant asset.
Clear boundaries are part of the framework.
A digital asset does not represent shares unless the specific documentation expressly states that it does.
Assetiko materials are informational and should not be treated as financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Assetiko is not an exchange, broker, adviser, crowdfunding platform or marketplace.
Rights and restrictions may differ between assets and are defined by the relevant documents.
No asset should be read as a guarantee of value, liquidity, income, redemption or return.
The digital asset page should be read with the full set of documents published for the issuance.
Important Notice
This page provides a general overview of Assetiko's Digital Asset Framework. It does not describe every issuance and does not create rights, obligations or eligibility. The terms of any digital asset are governed by the documentation published for that specific issuance, including issuer information, SPV materials, legal notices, risk disclosures and applicable transaction documents.
